Personal Care and Assistance

Depending on your individual requirements, costs for personal support are variable.  Please contact us to discuss your particular needs.

NB: We are unable to tend to the needs of people with substance abuse issues or those who are at risk of perpetrating violence to themselves or others.

Carer Respite

We are an accredited Respite Facility and have contracts with various government and private organisations.

Deposit

A 50% deposit or $250 (whichever is less) is required to confirm your booking.

We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (Direct deposit), Visa, MasterCard and bank cheques for deposit, and credit cards and cash for payment of balance on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival date are fully transferable or refundable, less $25 administration fee.

• Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.

• For all bookings made through a booking service, the deposit is non-refundable.
